HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

This department supports the Finance and Administration committee of the Council to implement HR policies and standard operating procedures on the Council. The head of HR shall coordinate the functions of this department based on core business as follows:
  1. Recruitment & selection of potential employees
  2. Performance management of employees
  3. Learning, development and Capacity building of employees
  4. Succession planning
  5. Compensation and benefits.
  6. Human Resources Information Systems.
  7. HR data and analytics.
