This Service Charter is approved by the Council and adopted by the KNDI AGM as an acceptable fee for legal services offered by KNDI, in accordance with the provisions of fund sources under section 27(a), which allows KNDI to charge fees in the course of its functions and duties. Some professional duties such as active review of food and professional endorsement are negotiable from time to time, depending on market rates and service intensity. Such may include research services and product value chain endorsement that vary from time to time.
