Re-verification period: 5 October to 18 October 2026

The Kenya Nutritionists and Dieticians Institute (KNDI) is conducting an update and re-verification of information held in the Online Services Portal (OSP).

Re-verification requests will begin being issued on 4 October 2026 to manage delivery. The official two-week response period runs from 5 October to 18 October 2026, inclusive. Early submissions made after receiving a request will be accepted.

Who should respond?

The exercise applies to students and registered professionals who receive a re-verification request from KNDI.

Each person’s re-verification page will show the specific information or documents they need to provide. A request does not mean that there is a problem with an application or registration.

Information and documents that may be requested

Depending on the person’s records and application history, KNDI may request updated copies of:

  • A current passport photograph
  • National Identification Card, both sides
  • KCSE certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Admission letter
  • University or technical institution certificate
  • University or technical institution transcripts
  • KNDI professional upgrading student agreement form
  • Indexing card signature
  • Other documents connected to registration, indexing, examinations or professional records

Only upload the items displayed on your re-verification page.

Employment information for registered professionals

Every active registered professional included in this exercise must submit a fresh current employment record.

Professionals who are employed will provide:

  • Current employment status
  • Employment category and terms
  • Facility or workplace information
  • Workplace address
  • A current employment contract

Professionals working in health facilities should select the correct facility from the Kenya Master Health Facility List where available. If the facility is not listed, its name can be submitted for review.

Self-employed and unemployed professionals should provide the information relevant to their current situation. Employment requirements do not apply to student accounts that are not registered as professionals.

How to respond

Use the secure link provided in the KNDI re-verification communication. Registered professionals may also access the employment update from their OSP profile.

The portal will show the outstanding items and accepted file formats. Documents may be uploaded as JPG, PNG or PDF files of up to 10 MB each.

There is no fee for this exercise, and you are not being asked to submit a new application.
